Give details about which step you are not eligible for.

For step 1: We need Txhash of one transaction from Jan 1, 2022 to November 30, 2022 on one of five marketplaces (Element, Bitkeep, TofuNFT, Pancakeswap, or Liquidifty).
For step 2: We need Txhash of successful transaction on Oxalus NFT Aggregator. The transaction must be successful (failed transactions are still not eligible).
